Hi, I’m Cameron.

Senior Network Engineer with over 10 years of experience in networking, specialising in ISP access technologies, including active OLT infrastructure, outdoor PtP and PtMP wireless networks, and private 5G.

I have a strong track record of delivering technical projects from design and testing through to deployment and operational handover. Alongside project delivery, I act as a subject matter expert to the wider business, providing technical guidance, supporting complex troubleshooting, developing processes and documentation, and helping drive technical decisions.

I’m passionate about developing others and regularly provide training and knowledge transfer to junior engineers and operational teams, helping build technical capability across the business.

I take a structured, process-driven approach to troubleshooting and engineering, while continually developing my knowledge of emerging networking technologies, architectures, and industry best practices.
